Getting to Know Our Team: Hubert Ndifusah
What is your role and what do you like the most about it?
Data Integration Developer. I think what I love most about this role is the great team I work with. Lot of challenges, yet great people to face those challenges with.
Why do you choose to work for Pereview?
The unique product of Pereview in the real estate market is a great pull for me.
In your opinion, what unique value does Pereview most bring to our customers?
The ability to be able to see a complex real estate portfolio in a single, simple, easy to understand dashboard or app is a great value to me.
Our core values as a company are A TEAM. How have you applied those to your job?
Accountability – I am always ready to explain to my boss what is happening, what I am working on, and how I am working on what I am working on. If I find myself not working on anything or just blocked by something, I always let him know.
Make Work Fun – I try to cheer up teammates whenever I have a chance to. For example, I share jokes on Fridays during our scrum call.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of the office?
Spending time with my wife and two kids. Taking a road trip is pretty exciting too.
